The Power of Transparency
Every time I speak to a new client, I can always depend on hearing the same question; “Do you charge any hidden fees?” I understand why they ask, but it seems tragic to me all the same. The norm seems to be for company’s to tack on little fees and expenses in the terms and conditions, usually with the customer having little to no idea about them. No one wants to read all of the many pages of fine print to make sure that their not being taken advantage of, and nor should they! Company’s should be up front about what their services cost, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but also because customers like to do business with up-front company’s who customers see as trustworthy. More than ever before, relationships and convenience are linked to higher customer loyalty.
Every time a new client asks me about hidden fees, I have the same response for them. “No.” With inSitu Sales, what you pay for is what you get.
